We expect to receive the books on Tuesday 16 November and will be shipping soon after.
For our European customers, you might incur in paying an extra fee when having your book delivered.
For this, we will be shipping copies to distributors in the EU. This, of course, will take longer.

333 copies of the standard edition, 464pp, printed on 100GSM Munken Pure, in black and red ink, sewn-cased binding with Wibalin buckram sapphire cover boards, and gold foil blocking on spine, Winterband blue & white head & tail bands, blue ribbon and endpapers, £35.
